What happens next?
- You will receive an email confirming that your place has been reserved.
 - No preparation is necessary.
 - Your invoice will be sent and is payable up to 1 week before the session start date. 
 - We will send you a Zoom invite to the training session before the training starts.
 - The session will be open 10 mins before the start time.
 
During the training session
- Each delegate will be asked to briefly introduce themselves.
 - Each session is interactive, with a mix of presentations, discussions and brainstorming in breakout groups.
 - Ask if you don’t understand, or don’t agree (that’s fine!), or if you would like to contribute an example from your experience to illustrate a point. 
 - We will never ask you to share business confidential information.
 - There will be a 5-minute break at around halfway through the session.
 - Throughout the session, we recommend that you take notes on what you learned and how you may apply this to your role.
 - You will be invited, at the end of the session, to share some actions you plan to take next.
