What happens next?

  • You will receive an email confirming that your place has been reserved.
  • No preparation is necessary.
  • Your invoice will be sent and is payable up to 1 week before the session start date. 
  • We will send you a Zoom invite to the training session before the training starts.
  • The session will be open 10 mins before the start time.

During the training session

  • Each delegate will be asked to briefly introduce themselves.
  • Each session is interactive, with a mix of presentations, discussions and brainstorming in breakout groups.
  • Ask if you don’t understand, or don’t agree (that’s fine!), or if you would like to contribute an example from your experience to illustrate a point. 
  • We will never ask you to share business confidential information.
  • There will be a 5-minute break at around halfway through the session.
  • Throughout the session, we recommend that you take notes on what you learned and how you may apply this to your role.
  • You will be invited, at the end of the session, to share some actions you plan to take next.
